Terms of service

Last updated 30 August 2026

This page is a working draft. The structure is settled and the wording is not. Do not rely on it as a final document.

These terms cover your use of Olilo. They are a working draft: the structure is settled, the wording is not, and nothing on this page has been through a final review.

What Olilo is

Olilo is a drafting and process tool for people who do HR and employee relations work. It writes documents, answers questions about the material you give it, and runs workplace matters as a recorded process.

Olilo does not provide legal advice and does not tell you whether a decision is lawful. It records what you did, in what order, and why. Every output is a draft for a qualified person to review before it is used or sent.

No output is an automated decision. A person in your organisation makes every decision Olilo is involved in.

Your account and your people

Workspaces are provisioned by Olilo rather than through self service, and so are the accounts in them today.

Your workspace admin changes a person's role, suspends them or removes them from the workspace without asking us. What that does, and what it does not do, is set out on the security page.

You are responsible for what the people in your workspace do with it, and for ending someone's access when they should no longer have it.

Your content

The documents, matters and messages you put into Olilo remain yours. We do not use them to train models.

You grant us only the access needed to run the service for you, including the access described on the security page.

Fees

Olilo is charged per seat, per month, in Australian dollars. There are no usage charges and no per matter charges.

Invoicing is arranged directly with your Olilo contact.

Availability

Olilo does not currently publish a service level commitment, an uptime target or a status page.

We will tell you about planned work that will interrupt the service where we can.

Liability

This section is a placeholder. The liability position, the cap and the exclusions have not been settled and must be written before these terms are relied on.

Ending your use of Olilo

Either of us can end the arrangement. Before your access ends you can request the export described on the security page.

Read the security page before you rely on any assumption about deletion. What we can and cannot remove is set out there in plain terms.
