This page is a working draft. The structure is settled and the wording is not. Do not rely on it as a final document.
How Olilo handles information about people. This is a working draft: the structure is settled, the wording is not, and it has not been through a final review.
Account details for the people in your workspace: name, work email, role and workspace membership.
Everything you put in: documents you upload, drafts Olilo produces, messages you send it, and the records of any workplace matter you run.
Records of what changed and who changed it, kept as an append-only trail. See the security page for what that trail does and does not capture.
In Australia. The database and the application run in Amazon Web Services in Sydney, and model requests are served by Amazon Bedrock in Australian regions.
A request for a model outside an Australian region is refused rather than quietly redirected.
The sub-processors listed on the sub-processors page, and nobody else.
Olilo platform staff can also reach your workspace. That is set out plainly on the security page, and you should read it.
Your content is not used to train models.
This section is a placeholder and the honest answer is set out on the security page: the record is append-only, so at present we keep it.
A retention and destruction position has not been settled. It must be settled before any real employee information is put into Olilo.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about a matter. What that copy contains is described on the security page.
This section needs a named contact and a response commitment before it is relied on.
